Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has conveyed his heartfelt congratulations and extended best wishes to the residents of the state on the occasion of National Tourism Day, which is observed on January 25. In his message, he emphasized the significant role that tourism plays in both the national and state economies. He highlighted that tourism not only provides individuals with the opportunity to explore local cultural, geographical, natural, historical, and remarkable sites but also creates new avenues of livelihood for numerous families.
Shri Sai highlighted the objective of National Tourism Day, stating that it aims to emphasize the importance of the tourism industry in India and enhance awareness among the public for continued economic benefits for the country in the future. He stated, “India has always been renowned for its rich cultures, with each region having an age-old glorious background. The most impactful way to showcase this is through tourism. It not only allows people to explore the beautiful landscapes of their country but also raises awareness about its diverse cultural heritage.”
