Training program organized in SECL under Vigilance Awareness Campaign

As per the directives of the Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi, a three-month campaign (from August 16, 2023 to November 15, 2023) is being run under Vigilance Awareness Week-2023. In this series, a training program on the subject of “Ethics and Governance” was organized in the Human Resource Department, SECL, Indira Vihar from 26/09/2023 to 27/09/2023.


In this training program, about 45-50 officers from all areas of SECL and SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur were given training on the subject of Ethics and Governance by Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar, Director UMS India.
The program was inaugurated by Mr. Jayant Kumar Khamari, Chief Vigilance Officer, SECL in the dignified presence of, Mr. Prakash Chandra, General Manager (Vigilance), Mr. S.P. Ahmed, General Manager (Mining)/Head of Department (HRD), SECL, Bilaspur and other officers/employees by lighting a lamp.
Chief Vigilance Officer, SECL Shri Khamari, in his address said that an important part of the three-month vigilance awareness campaign of Central Vigilance Commission is to organize training programs on various vigilance related topics. I hope that the officers working in SECL will be benefited from these training programmes.


Earlier, “Capacity Building Program” training program was organized in Human Resource Department, SECL, Indira Vihar from 20/09/2023 to 22/09/2023 in which training session was conducted on “Public Procurement” by Mr. T.K. Mishra and Mr. Ratnesh Srivastava, General Manager (Welfare/CSR ), SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur, on Departmental Inquiry by Shri R.K.L.Reddy, on Procurement through GeM portal by Shri Vishwajit Anand, Sr. Manager (HRD/SAIL), MDI, Ranchi and on “Cyber Security and Hygiene” by Smt. Kritanjali Pal, Deputy Manager (System).
