Bilaspur, 13 September 2023// Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court, Mr. Ramesh Sinha, conducted a surprise inspection of the Dhamtari District Court amid heavy rainfall on Wednesday. He thoroughly examined court facilities, parking, gardens, and seating arrangements for advocates and parties. District and Sessions Judge Mr. K.L. Charyani joined him during the surprise visit.
During his visit, he expressed satisfaction with the infrastructure within the court. He praised the proper maintenance of the garden, court infrastructure, witness room, Kilkari, and lactation room and instructed the concerned officials to make continuous efforts for their proper maintenance. Chief Justice Mr. Ramesh Sinha also interacted with the advocates on court premises and listened to their problems. Chief Justice Mr. Sinha shared that the High Court has accepted the proposal related to the construction of an additional advocate room and has sent it to the state government for necessary action. Chief Justice Mr. Ramesh Sinha emphasised to the lawyers that all efforts should be made by everyone to ensure that the parties get speedy justice. He also inquired about the pending cases from the District and Sessions Judge, Mr. KL Charyani, and directed him to resolve the old cases on priority. During the surprise inspection, Registrar General Mr. Arvind Kumar Verma and Additional Registrar cum PPS Mr. M.V. L.N. Subrahmanyam, ADM Mr. G. R. Markam, and SSP Mrs. Madhulika Singh were present.
