Patients will no longer have to be treated in the open air

The District Administration has set up health camp cottages in 112 Haat Bazaars of Jashpur district under the Mukhyamantri Haat Bazaar Clinic Yojana, so that patients and doctors can be protected from sun, water, and wind. This measure was taken to help people living in remote areas benefit from the Mukhyamantri Haat Bazaar Clinic Yojana and to enable doctors to treat patients more effectively. The doctors are providing free medicines and counselling to patients immediately after treatment.
The villagers are receiving the benefits of better healthcare facilities near their homes through the Haat Bazaar. The villagers are saving their money and time. Moreover, now they do not have to travel far and wide for treatment. Tests for BP, sugar, malaria, typhoid, and other diseases are also conducted in the Haat Bazaar. Serious patients are referred to larger hospitals during treatment.
