Farmer family welcomed their “Mukhiya” traditionally

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel reached Kurud Assembly Constituency’s Semra B village under the Bhent Mulaqat campaign today, where he partook his lunch at Mr. Ramesh Sinha’s home with the latter’s family members. The Sinha family welcomed their “Mukhiya” traditionally and expressed their delight at having him amongst themselves.
Chief Minister relished the Chhattisgarhi meal served by the Sinha family. He was served rice, dal, roti, Munga, Lal Bhaji, Kumhra-Kochayi Sabzi, and Kheer. The Chief Minister greeted Mr. Sinha and his family members with gifts for the delicious food.
During his conversation with the Chief Minister, Mr. Sinha said that there are 6 members in his family and the family receives sufficient ration through the ration card. He also expressed relief due to debt remission and the good income earned from selling paddy and cow dung. He said to the Chief Minister that he sold 65 quintals of paddy in the last Kharif year and also earned Rs. 7 thousand by selling cow dung.
