Raipur: Inauguration of 30th free regular yoga practice center in Gondwara Raipur

The 30th free regular yoga practice center was inaugurated in Basant Vihar Garden in Kabir Das Ward, Gondwara, Raipur as part of the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission’s regular yoga practice program in the Municipal Corporation region. The inauguration’s chief guest was Parliamentary Secretary Shri Vikas Upadhyay. The Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission presided over the event.

Meawhile, Mr. Gyanesh Sharma extended his best wishes for Chaitra Navratri and stated that individuals can overcome physical and mental problems by including regular yoga in their daily practice. Yoga instructor Mrs. Babita Singha, will lead yoga exercises at the Basant Vihar Garden every day from 5.30 a.m. to 6.30 a.m. According to Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is establishing its own identity in the state in terms of yoga activities. Individuals are clearly benefiting from free yoga practice classes that are held on a regular basis. Ward Senior Councilor Mr. Narad Kaushal, Secretary of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Mr. M.L. Pandey, yoga practitioners and a large number of citizens were present.
