Meeting approves annual action plan and budget proposal of 2023-24 for Chhattisgarh State Samagra Shiksha
Raipur 28 March . Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, chaired a meeting of the Executive Committee of Samagra Shiksha at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan here on Monday. During the meeting, he directed to complete all necessary preparations for the successful organization of the upcoming ‘Shala Pravesh Utsav’ for the next academic session. He also asked to prepare for the distribution of free textbooks, uniforms, and bicycles to students.
The Annual Action Plan for Chhattisgarh State Samagra Shiksha and the proposal for Project Approval Board for the budget year 2023-24 were approved in the meeting. Additionally, the budget for Samagra Shiksha in the year 2022-23 was discussed in detail component-wise and approved. Chief Secretary provided the necessary guidance to officers for the audit of Samagra Shiksha.
The meeting was attended by several officials, including Tribal and Scheduled Caste Secretary, Shri D.D. Singh, Labor Secretary, Shri Amrit Khalkho, School Education Secretary, Dr. S Bharathidasan, Energy Secretary, Shri Ankit Anand, and other education department officials.
