Raipur : Chhattisgarh Governor honored by The Bharat Scouts and Guides

Raipur 20 March . Chhattisgarh Governor Shri Biswabhusan Harichandan was honored today at the Raj Bhavan by The Bharat Scouts and Guides with the traditional scarf and badge of the Chief Patron. Information was also provided about the activities being carried out by the Bharat Scouts and Guides in Chhattisgarh.

On this occasion, the Governor reminded all members of The Bharat Scouts and Guides to continuously serve the country by helping people in need and following the Scout laws, by reciting the Scout promise. He praised the organization and said that its members are always ready to serve the nation and society in times of natural disasters or any other calamity. He recalled his time as Revenue Minister in the Odisha government, during which he had witnessed Scouts and Guides members tirelessly carrying out relief work during a natural disaster. He wished the organization success in its future endeavors to continue serving society in the same way.

On this occasion, National Vice President Shri Satyanarayan Sharma, State President Shri Vinod Chandrakar, and Secretary Shri Kailash Soni were present among other members.
