Korba, April 2: Bharat Aluminium Company Limited has taken a significant step towards promoting a greener environment and a healthier lifestyle with the inauguration of the ‘BALCO Forest Walkway’ in its township. The walkway was formally inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer and Director Rajesh Kumar in the presence of Ladies Club President Manisha Kumar, senior officials, employees, and business partners.
Spread across approximately 785 metres, the forest walkway has been thoughtfully designed to offer visitors an immersive experience of nature at every step. Lined with diverse species of trees on both sides, the pathway not only enhances greenery but also contributes to a cleaner and more tranquil environment. The shade of trees and the natural surroundings provide a soothing and refreshing experience to walkers.
