Raipur, 05 February . Continuous works are being done for rapid development of civic amenities and infrastructure in Patan. The lakes of the city are being beautified and developed as recreational spots. In this sequence, the deepening and beautification work of Nakta Talab, the main pond of the city, has been done. The cost of establishing Rajiv Sarovar Garden is Rs 5.80 crore. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the garden on Saturday.
Appreciating the beautification work, the Chief Minister said that it has become an eye-catching garden and a nice place for people to hang out in the morning and evening. The beauty of this pond has been enhanced with the beautification works.
Patan Nagar Panchayat President Shri Bhupendra Kashyap and other public representatives were present on this occasion. Collector Shri Pushpendra Meena and SP Dr. Abhishek Pallav and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
