Raipur, 02 February 2023/ Doctors from the Regional Cancer Institute at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Raipur paid a visit to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office. During this occasion, the doctors, led by Dr. Manjula Beck, informed the Chief Minister that their team has conducted free cancer screening camps in different districts of Chhattisgarh so that people can be diagnosed with this terrible disease and receive effective treatment in a timely manner.
In this regard, another free cancer screening camp has been scheduled for February 2 in Mekahara. A marathon is also being held on February 4 by the students and staff of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Raipur, to raise awareness about cancer. On this occasion Dr. Pradeep Chandrakar, Dr. Rajeev Ratan Jain, Dr. Akhilesh Sahu, Dr. Umesh Dewangan, Dr. Sanya Taneja, and Mr. P. Soni were present.
