Third edition of National Tribal Dance Festival to be organized in Raipur from November 1

Chief Ministers and public representatives of all states are being invited to the festival

Public representatives are inviting the special guests on behalf of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel

Raipur, 21 October . The three-day long National Tribal Dance Festival that aims to promote and showcase rich, vibrant and state’s unique tribal culture and cultural exchange among indeginous people coming from across the country and abroad will be organized in Raipur from November 1.

Meanwhile, Chhattisgarh state will complete 22 years of its formation on November 1. This grand festival that has taken the shape of an international event will be organized along with the celebrations of 23rd State Foundation Day (Rajyotsav). The event will be held under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel from November 1 to 3 at the Science College Ground in Raipur.

On the initiative of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, ministers, parliamentary secretaries, legislators and other public representatives are handing over invitations of the event in person to the Chief Ministers, ministers, and public representatives of all the states of the country.

MLA Smt. Anita Yogendra Sharma and Dr. Laxmi Dhruv on Thursday invited Rajasthan Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot to attend Rajyotsav and National Tribal Dance Festival. They met Gehlot and invited him to participate in the festival by presenting him with the special tribal artwork of Chhattisgarh.

Similarly, Parliamentary Secretary Shri Parasnath Rajwade invited Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. MLA Shri Khelsai Singh and Parliamentary Secretary Smt. Rashmi Ashish Singh met the Jharkhand Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren and invited him to attend the dance festival on behalf of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel.

Parliamentary Secretary Shri Indra Shah Mandavi and MLA Shri Daleshwar Sahu invited Puducherry Chief Minister Shri N. Rangaswamy. Parliamentary Secretary Shri Kunwar Singh Nishad and MLA Shri Bhuneshwar Baghel invited Sikkim’s Public Works and Culture Minister Shri Samdup Lepcha, and MLA Mr. Satyanarayan Sharma handed over the invitation to the representative of the administrator of Lakshadweep.
