Chief Secretary instructs officials to prepare the action plan focussing on the priority works of the state government
Raipur 14 October . Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain on Friday instructed the officials concerned to include the priority works of the State Government in the action plan to be formulated for the development of special backward tribes. He was chairing a meeting of a committee constituted to prepare the aforementioned action plan.
He further asked to include various works focussing on education, health, and nutrition in the action plan for the development of scheduled areas. Giving instructions in this regard, he asked to prepare an action plan at the earliest after discussing it in detail with the collectors, public representatives, and various departments of the respective districts.
Principal Secretary School Education Dr. Alok Shukla, Tribal Development Department Secretary Shri DD Singh, Public Health Engineering Secretary Dr. S. Bharathidasan, Commissioner Tribal, and Development Department Ms. Shammi Abidi, Agriculture Director Shri Ayaz Tamboli, Special Secretary Revenue, and Disaster Management Shri Janak Prasad Pathak along with officers of Education, Health, Women and Child Development Department attended the meeting.
