Raigarh, Decembe, 29. NTPC Lara successfully concluded the Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM) programme – Winter Followup Workshop on 28th December 2025.The event was graced by Smt. Anuradha Sharma, President of Prerita Mahila Samiti (PMS), along with other senior members of PMS, parents, and GEM participants.
The ceremony showcased the talents and confidence of the young girls, who performed a captivating dance on a cultural theme, followed by a ramp walk. The participants shared their experiences, expressing gratitude to NTPC Lara for organizing the workshop, which has significantly impacted their lives.
