Bilaspur, 24 September 2025.A special session under “Vichar Manthan”, an initiative of SECL’s Vigilance Department, was organised by the HR Directorate on the New Contract Labour Information Portal (CLIP) of Coal India Limited (CIL).
The session, conducted in VC Mode, witnessed the participation of all concerned officials from SECL Headquarters along with HR Executives and Engineers In-charge of various Areas.
The deliberations focused on the transition from the old CLIP Portal to the newly launched portal, aiming at smooth and effective implementation across the organisation. During the interaction, the issues and challenges being faced by field-level executives were thoroughly discussed and resolved, ensuring greater efficiency in portal usage.
Vichar Manthan, a brainchild of SECL Vigilance Department, serves as a structured weekly interactive forum designed to provide a collaborative platform to exchange ideas, address operational concerns, and reinforce transparency.
