Korba, May 06. On May 05, 2025, the closing ceremony of the Batch 2 Charpara Kohadiya Professional Stitching, Cutting, and Tailoring Training Program was held at Bal Bhavan, NTPC Korba, marking the successful conclusion of a significant skill development initiative. The program, conducted under the joint aegis of CSR NTPC Korba and the Siddhi Vinayak Program, aimed to empower women by enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

Organised by Maitri Mahila Samiti (MMS) and CSR Wing, the event commenced with a symbolic tree plantation activity, reflecting the themes of growth and sustainability.

The ceremony was graced by Smt. Roli Khanna, President of Maitri Mahila Samiti, NTPC Korba, who addressed the gathering and encouraged the trainees to make practical use of their newly acquired skills. In her inspiring speech, she emphasized the importance of self-reliance and continuous learning for building successful futures.

Trainees showcased their creations and shared their learning experiences, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the program.

To celebrate their achievements, Maitri Mahila Samiti distributed thoughtful gifts to all trainees, adding a gesture of appreciation and support. Experience certificates were also presented to each participant, recognizing their dedication and successful completion of the course.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of Maitri Mahila Samiti, CSR Team representatives, Siddhi Vinayak officials, the trainer, and the trainees, making it a memorable and motivating occasion.
