About Jatayu Dashboard
In the great epic Ramayana, Jatayu symbolized vigilance, duty, and unwavering commitment to righteousness. Inspired by this spirit, the Vigilance and Systems Department of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has developed the Jatayu Dashboard—a powerful tool designed to empower executives by providing a one-stop solution for resolving work-related challenges.
This initiative ensures that executives have instant access to relevant rules, guidelines, and norms, eliminating confusion and streamlining decision-making. The dashboard consolidates circulars, guidelines, and SOPs issued by key agencies such as the Department of Public Enterprises, Department of Expenditure, Department of Personnel & Training, CVC, Coal India Ltd., and SECL. Resources have been systematically categorized by issuing agency, vertical, subject, year, and date, with appropriate tagging to enhance search efficiency.
AI-Enabled Chatbot for Enhanced User Experience
The development team envisions further enhancing the Jatayu Dashboard by integrating an AI-powered chatbot that will provide reliable, instant responses to executives’ queries.
User Contribution & Continuous Enhancement
Jatayu Dashboard also features a “Contribute” section, allowing executives to suggest the inclusion of missing resources by uploading relevant PDFs. These submissions will be reviewed by the admin and incorporated into the repository.
This initiative is set to become one of the most innovative AI-driven solutions developed by a Public Sector Unit (PSU), truly serving as a one-stop solution for executives in their daily work.
