Raigarh, May,29, 2025 — In a significant and landmark initiative to bolster healthcare infrastructure in Pussore, Raigarh District, Chhattisgarh, NTPC Lara and the District Administration, Raigarh have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the construction of a 100-bedded Multispecialty Hospital in Pussore Tehsil, Raigarh district.
The MOA was executed today by Dr. Anil Kumar Jagat, Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), Raigarh, on behalf of the District Administration, and Shri Jakir Khan, Head of HR, NTPC Lara, representing NTPC. The signing ceremony took place in the august presence of Shri Mayank Chaturvedi, IAS, District Collector, Raigarh, and Shri Anil Kumar, Executive Director and Head of Project, NTPC Lara.
Also gracing the occasion were Shri Jitender Yadav, IAS, CEO, District Panchayat, Raigarh; Shri Mahesh Sharma, In-charge CSR Branch, Collectorate Raigarh, along with other senior officials from both NTPC and the District Administration.
Under this MOA, multi-speciality hospital will be developed with an investment of approximately ₹50.03 crore, aiming to provide advanced and affordable healthcare facilities within the Region. Upon completion, the hospital will deliver public healthcare services to the local population on a sustained basis
