Korba’s Parth Yadav Brings Glory to the State by Securing First Place in National Tabla Competition Held in Pune

Korba, Chhattisgarh: In the 21st National Music and Dance Competition “Bhav-Raag-Taal” held in Pune, the cultural capital of India, emerging tabla player Parth Yadav from Korba achieved first place in the junior category, bringing national-level recognition to Chhattisgarh.

This prestigious competition was organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh (official partner: UNESCO) and saw the participation of around 4,000 artists from various states across the country, including Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat.

Based on his outstanding performance, Parth has been selected for an upcoming international music competition to be held in Pattaya, Thailand in October.

It is noteworthy that Parth Yadav has been formally learning tabla from the renowned tabla maestro Shri Mordhwaj Vaishnav since the age of five. He is currently a student of Class 4 at DPS BALCO. Parth has previously showcased his talent on several national platforms as well.

On this remarkable achievement, the school principal, teachers, and his music guru have expressed their happiness and extended their best wishes for his bright future.
