He was accompanied with his wife Smt. Kaushalya Sai, on the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai performed \u2018parikrama\u2019 while participating in Hari Naam Sankirtan at the Yagya Mandap and offered prayers at the Yagyashala for the prosperity of the people of the state. Describing the construction of the temple as an important initiative connected with the faith, cultural consciousness and social unity of the region, he extended his best wishes to all devotees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that Sanatan culture conveys the message of service, harmony, social unity and brotherhood. Temples are not merely centres of faith, but also powerful mediums for uniting society and keeping culture and traditions alive. Such religious events spread positive energy in society and strengthen social bonding among people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulating the villagers on the construction of the new temple, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced Rs 25 lakh for the construction of a community hall in village Kaliba. He also announced the construction of a community hall and replicas of Surya Namaskar postures at Hanuman Tekri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai highlighted the major achievements of his 28-month tenure and said that the Chhattisgarh government has rapidly implemented most of the guarantees of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He informed that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, launched to economically empower women, more than Rs 17,500 crore has so far been transferred into the bank accounts of women up to the 27th instalment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Chhattisgarh is the maternal home of Lord Shri Ram and under the Ramlala Darshan Yojana, more than 42,000 devotees have so far been facilitated to visit Lord Shri Ram. Along with this, pilgrimages to 19 major religious destinations across the country are also being organised under the Mukhya Mantri Teerth Darshan Yojana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Sushasan Tihar is being organised across the state for the speedy resolution of public grievances. Special revenue camps have also been organised for resolving revenue-related cases and appealed to make maximum use of these camps. He further informed that a Mukhya Mantri Helpline will soon be launched along with a toll-free number through which citizens will be able to register their grievances, and arrangements will be ensured for their resolution within a fixed timeframe. Action will also be taken against concerned officials in case of delay in resolving complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Sai said that under the Bijli Bill Bhugtaan Samadhan Yojana &#8211; Electricity Bill Payment Resolution Scheme, camps will be organised across the state to address public grievances and electricity bills worth Rs 757 crore are being waived. He appealed to people to register themselves to avail the benefits of the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Sai said that recently, 515 newly formed Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Societies (PACS) in the state were virtually inaugurated. With this, the number of cooperative societies in the state has increased to 2,573. PACS societies will now function as multipurpose societies, enabling farmers to access fertilisers, seeds and short-term loans closer to their villages while also making the paddy procurement process simpler and more convenient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the occasion, Padma Shri Shri Jageshwar Yadav, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Mati Kala Board Shri Shambhunath Chakravarti, District Panchayat President Shri Salik Sai, Temple Committee President Shri Upendra Yadav, Janpad President Smt.
