Korba,21 September 2025. SECL Director (Technical – Project & Planning) Shri R.C. Mohapatra undertook a field visit to the Korba Area on 20.09.2025. The visit was aimed at assessing production, productivity, and operational performance of the mines in the Area.
During the visit, Shri Mohapatra inspected the Saraipali, Ambika, and Manikpur mines. He reviewed on-ground mining operations, interacted with senior officials present at the sites, and took stock of the ongoing activities. Special emphasis was laid on evaluating measures for enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainable production.
Later, Shri Mohapatra chaired a review meeting with the Heads of Departments (HODs) of various disciplines of the Korba Area. The meeting focused on detailed discussions regarding production performance, planning strategies, and operational improvements across different departments.
