NTPC Korba Empowers Employees through Gender Sensitization Workshop

NTPC Korba, under the auspices of the Employee Development Center (EDC), successfully concluded a comprehensive two-day workshop on gender sensitization and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. The workshop, held on March 15th and 19th, 2024, was facilitated by the esteemed Shri Dr. B. Ganesh from Bhargav Management Consultants.

With a robust participation of over 130 enthusiastic employees, the workshop aimed to deepen understanding of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) & POSH Act’s provisions and principles. Through engaging sessions, participants gained invaluable insights into fostering a safer and more respectful workplace environment. The initiative underscores NTPC Korba’s commitment to upholding exemplary standards of workplace conduct and legal compliance.

Dr. B. Ganesh, renowned for his expertise in organizational development and gender sensitization, led the sessions with interactive modules designed to empower employees with practical knowledge and skills.
