- 38,852 Courses Successfully Completed by Employees
SECL has secured the fourth spot among government companies across the country on the Government of India’s iGOT Karmayogi Learning Portal.
This ranking is within the category of public sector organizations with 10,000 to 50,000 users.
SECL employees have shown remarkable enthusiasm for digital learning, enrolling in more than 58,000 courses, out of which 38,852 courses have been successfully completed. As of now, 11,971 employees have registered on the portal, including 2,445 officers and 9,526 staff members.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to skill enhancement, nearly 3,000 employees have completed six or more courses, while 716 employees have successfully completed 10 or more courses.

SECL has also topped the list of employees of government coal companies who have done the maximum number of iGOT courses, released by the Coal Ministry, and one third of the top 20 performers are from SECL.
Recently, during the Chintan Shivir program of the Coal Ministry held in New Delhi last month, the Hon’ble Coal Minister has felicitated the best performers of SECL on the iGOT portal.
