Chief Minister extends greetings while attending Rangpanchami celebrations

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended the Rangpanchami Mahotsav organised at Sonkar Badi in Ashwani Nagar of Raipur on Saturday and extended greetings to the people of the state.
Shri Sai said that festival of Holi spreads the message of love, harmony and brotherhood and strengthens social unity.
Shri Sai said the festival has brought special joy for farmers this year as the state government has transferred Rs 10,324 crore into their bank accounts under the Krishak Unnati Yojana as the paddy procurement difference amount before Holi.
He added that MLA Shri Rajesh Munat organises a Holi Milan programme every year on Rangpanchami, which helps promote social harmony. MLA Shri Motilal Sahu and Mayor Smt. Meenal Choubey were among those present on the occasion.
